Description
NZ Pils is a Motueka dry hopped Pilsner. Decoction mashed with Pilsner & Spelt malt. Hopped in the boil & whirlpool with Motueka hops to 60 IBU before a long cool fermentation with our favorite lager yeast, then dry hop with more Motueka before packaging. It’s a beautifully simple beer. A delicate Lemon & Grapefruit profile bolstered by a little bread crust with a refreshingly crisp & bitter finish. Cheers!
