Description
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Sureshot Brewing, Manchester, using their cold-steeped oat method, which produces a rich, fluffy base for this DIPA. We steeped over 800kg of Irish Oats for this unique recipe. It packs in a full-on mouthfeel which belies it’s relaxed abv. Featuring a Nelson Sauvin whirlpool addition, it’s then double dry hopped with strata hyperboost, prized Aussie galaxy and mosaic.
A beautiful synergy of passion fruit, mango and citrus notes, with a subtle resinous, dank finish.
