A few weeks ago we invited our friends from Sibeeria Brewery, all the way from beautiful Prague, for a long-overdue collab. Whisper Shouts is a DIPA, double dry-hopped with Luminosa, Azacca, and Talus Cryo, brewed with spelt, rye, oat malt, and flaked barley for a super fluffy mouthfeel and enough character to balance the hop flavours bursting with mango, peach, lemon, and candied orange aromas.
Sibeeria Brewery, Prague
Sibeeria brewery from Prague’s Vysočany. They started their journey back in 2014 as a gypsy brewery. They have grown into today’s form at their own brewery, which was built in the historical industrial area of ”ČKD”, Vysočany. Today they are regarded as one of the leading lights of the modern Czech beer scene which prides its self on precision brewing with creative flare.
