PDA is a collaboration with Berlin’s finest Fuerst Wiacek. A couple of weeks ago we welcomed back our great friend & OG brewer Chris Treanor to Galway Bay HQ for a brew. The last time Chris visited we brewed We Still Got It (Rum BA stout). This time we said we’d change it up a bit & brew something he brews a lot of, and brews very wel. This Hazy IPA is brewed with German Pilsner malt, Wheat & Oats for a soft base, then loaded with four of our all time favourite hops: Idaho7, Citra, Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin. Fermented with London III. In the glass it’s jammy Apricots, Passion Fruit, Melon & Grapefruit, topped with creamy layers of foam. Lush!
