Oregon Grown Black IPA : Brewed with Strata & Meridian hops from @indiehops in Oregon. As with the previous west coast IPAs in our Oregon Grown series, we’ve hopped this beer every 10 minutes of the boil to over 100 IBU, alongside a large whirlpool addition & multiple dry hops. What hits your glass is full on passion fruit & blackberry which you would never expect in a BIPA. Followed by a dank, piney bitterness that creeps up & just lasts & lasts. A dream winter beer.

Full Sail : Crisp and clean IPA hopped with Columbus, Cascade, Chinook and Eldorado.
The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through.
The hops used are of American origin, Colombus, El Dorado and Cascade (45 IBU). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be.
The acidity and hop bitterness in this beer makes it great for standing up to most spicy dishes, such as Indian and Mexican dishes. The freshness of the beer makes for a great companion to grilled meats and barbecues.
