Description
This year we brewed a Bavarian Festbier again instead of our previous Marzens. A little lighter in body than 2020s Märzen brew. Perfect for the session! Decoction mashed with the finest German Pilsner malt, Munich & Vienna malt, & delicately hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Fermented cool with our favourite lager yeast before lagering for 2 months. It’s our absolute favourite lager of the year!
