It’s no secret that we love West Coast IPAs (#westcoastbestcoast). Beyond the Pines combines everything we love about a textbook DIPA with a modern twist. Brewed with a clean, crisp base of Pale and Chit Malt, this 8% DIPA is whirlpool hopped with Galaxy Spectrum, Citra, and Centennial, and then dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Galaxy, and finally There’s also a dry hop of Galaxy Spectrum during active fermentation giving it a nice balance of piney, resiny notes with grapefruit and mango undertones.
