TIPA TIME!
The time has come for our first triple hazy. After the great reaction to Celestial Floods DIPA we have taken some of the learnings from that and turned the dial up to 10 (literally). We gathered up some of the most exciting hops in the brewery for this as well.
With every dusk comes new life… new beginnings. Young Cardinals is Galway Bay’s first TIPA. This 10% ABV hazy IPA is brewed with a fluffy, pillowy malt base of wheat, spelt, and oats, and triple dry-hopped with Riwaka, Pacific Sunrise, and Citra LUPOMAX, bursting with southern hemisphere tropical fruit notes like mango, kumquat, pineapple, and even seriguela (if your exotic fruit sensory game is strong).
