The newest IPA in our permanent range is now out in the wild. You might have noticed it already popping up in some fridges during the week. The response to this little can of sunshine has already been amazing. We really wanted to capture all of the modern juicy character of our limited release IPAs in a can that could be found all year round in shops. It’s heavily inspired by our Dream Awake IPA which we released earlier in the year. It gave us some really great insights into some little IPA brewing tricks which we have redeployed in this recipe. Also the snappy combo of strata, Nelson and Idaho 7 which we used before really feels like a winning combo.
Packed full of some of our favourite new wave hops and fermented with a fruity aroma packed yeast strain. Idaho 7 and Nelson sauvin from New Zealand deliver big tropical, grapefruit flavours while an addition of strata hops finishes off the flavour profile with a little hop dankness. Built on a base of oats and pale malts for a fluffy fruity finish. Grab one, watch the sunset and enjoy a modern full flavoured IPA.
